Shipping Costs
Below £100, we charge a flat fee of £5 to cover postage and packaging; over £100, shipping is free. We normally use a Royal Mail "sign-for" service, so please make sure someone can be in to sign for the goods. As it's the Royal Mail, they will re-deliver - or you can usually collect from a local post office or sorting office.

We normally only deliver to the card holder's address - contact us if you'd like to arrange delivery to an alternative, such as your office?


The Small Print
Nobody likes small print - so we try and keep it very simple. We're a retailer with three decades of experience, and we have always prided ourselves in offering the highest level of "customer satisfaction". Our basic philosophy is - we're going to get it right,and our reputation is very important to us. Shopping is supposed to be a pleasure, and we aim to make it so - as much online as we do in-store.

Our policy is that whatever we do in the shop, we replicate online. There is no real difference between how we will treat you whether you shop in-store or online. You can buy something online, and if there is a problem, send it back - or bring it back into the shop. If you are local, the shop is always available to you - and of course that means you can try a different size, or see it in a different colour or whatever!

Returns Policy
We're confident that you'll be delighted with your purchase, but we offer a no-quibble return policy - any item can be returned within 7 days of receipt, and refunds will normally be processed within 7 working days of the goods being received by us.

Of course we do have to insist that all returned items are packed in the original packaging and with their original tickets still attached. We can replace our own price tags, but unfortunately we can't re-attach many of the designer label tags once removed- which means the goods cannot be resold. As a result, we can only accept returns with their tickets attached and in a completely unused state.

If goods are faulty or damaged, we will of course refund the cost of shipping - both to you, and back to us. Naturally, if items are returned for any other reason, then shipping costs are your responsibility. Please include a copy of your invoice number, along with your name and address, so that we can credit you correctly - the easiest thing here is probably to print out the "Order Confirmation" email we sent you at the time of order, and include it with the package. Also take care to package the items so they arrive undamaged.

We recommend using a "sign-for" delivery service when return goods, as proof of posting is usually not adequate for insurance purposes should goods go missing in the post. Credit card refunds will only be made to the credit card used for the purchase.

Right to Cancel
You have a right to cancel your order, right up to the point where we've actually shipped it. If you do cancel your order within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Where there is a difference between the "bricks & mortar" shop and online, is that when you buy online you are fully covered by the UK Distance Selling Laws. At the end of the day, it's worth remembering that these are built to protect the shopper, and all UK mail-order or online sellers have to adhere to them. We do (of course), so you've got an excellent level of coverage in place. Of course we like tothink that we will do far better than that minimum requirement demands!
