Fashion’s funny, ever so fickle. A couple of weeks ago I mentioned a Oui Moments cardigan that would be popular this spring. Now, I’ll be honest and say - I run the website and accounts, so I don’t know so much about fashion - I just comment on the items I like. Sometimes I pick the real winners, sometimes I get it wrong… but I got it right this time. These sold out within days.I find it interesting that sometimes there’s an item which is just “perfect for this moment”. Sometimes we have a range delivered, and nobody looks at it for a week or two. It almost feels like an ugly duckling – and then over a couple of days the whole lot will suddenly sell out. Maybe it’s the mood of the nation, maybe it’s what the celebs are wearing - or just the weather?
