Whenever you buy something from us, we want you to be happy with it. We have a no-quibble policy - just let us know as soon as you can that you’re returning an item. If you return goods to us within 7 days after receiving them, we will credit the card you used for the purchase immediately.

All we ask is that you take care of the items - they have to come back in their original packaging, with the original labels still attached. When you try them on, avoid wearing heavy makeup or perfume, as these can spoil a garment and make it unusable.

When you return an item, please remember to  your name and address, so that we know who to credit! 

Finally, we suggest that you use a sign-for delivery service. If the goods are returned because they are faulty, we will refund postage; otherwise shipping costs are your responsibility.
